Ok ok okay… NICE guy vs GOOD guy… is there a difference? Personally, I think I have a negative connotation towards the word nice. It means you are putting everyone else before yourself sometimes even at your own expense. And often times it comes through a people pleasing spirit… Am I crazy? I believe in being kind, but for me to respect the leadership of that man… I’m going to need him to stand on what he stands on. Sometimes being nice is just out of the question.
